JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Attending to Customers complaint
• Initiate and follow through for first stage level troubleshooting
• Customer Care/NOC Protocol
• Escalate customers complaints to appropriate department for further resolution of issues
• Reporting to your supervisor and line manager on continuous basis
• Provide information on to customers on company's solutions
JOB REQUIREMENT
-Minimum of 0–1 years of work experience as a customer service network support engineer.
-Minimum qualification of Bsc or HND
-Other relevant professional qualification in customer service may be an added advantage.
