This is a praise song. A song of adoration. All Glory to God .
It's quite literally titled "Glory"

I produced this with the assistance of the very talented and ever patient @kimboardizzt
We've spent 6 months on it because I have never felt like it's at its best.
It was literally such a learning curve .
However for a sophomore attempt, I'm content with it as is.
I took influences from the 80s synth pop permeated by icons like Phil Collins(as seen from the diminished chords, wavy/twinkly synthesizers, heavy bass and prominent tom drums) while trying to keep it modern with syndicated beat drops, sidechaining, vocal distortion and minimalist vocals present in contemporary pop music.
All in all, the primary goal was the glorification of God.
Irrespective of the relatively novel take on the praise genre, especially for the Nigerian Christian music scene, I am optimistic and hopeful that I have stayed true that.
It may be a little different from what you're used to but the goal remains praise of El-Shaddai ..
