Our client is one of the leading life insurer in Nigeria with over 15 branch location across different states in Nigeria. They provide life insurance business and non-life Insurance business services to Organizations and Private individuals.
The Company is seeking to hire graduate sales persons who will function as Bancassurance agent in different partner bank branches within Lagos. The Agent will be stationed to sell Insurance products to the banks client base through their channel by building long term relationship with the bank and providing complete after sales service to these clients.
Our ideal candidates are young, hungry, ready to learn and sales driven associates who are result oriented and self-driven. The company will offer two weeks training to the selected individuals on its sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
§ Establish, maintain and grow relationship with Branch employees and customers
§ Solicit new clients, and grow prospective/existing clientele
§ Handles activities that involves reporting, planning and administration.
§ Conducts market analysis activities, which include activities such as branch / client profiling and survey on competitor products
Key Requirements:
§ HND/BSc qualification in Marketing, insurance or any related field
§ Minimum of 2 years working experience as a marketer in Insurance/ Banking sector.
§ Applicants must be Sales driven
§ Must be a person who gets excited by delivering result or meeting targets
§ Good judgment and decision making skills.
§ Good Communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation:
§ Base pay of N50,000.00 monthly
§ Commission (Tied to the monthly Target)
§ Pension
§ Hmo – (Upon Staff Confirmation)
§ 13th Month and Leave allowance
