Eve Esin is a Nollywood actress, model, television personality and philanthropist. She is an indigene of Oron in Akwa Ibom state, Nigeria and was born on October 17th 1986.
She attended Immaculate Conception Secondary School, Itak-Ikono in Akwa Ibom state. She has also studied Theatre Arts at the University of Calabar. After her graduation from the University she got a job in the banking industry but due to her passion in acting she quit the banking job.
She joined the movie industry in 2008 after auditioning for a movie role and has since appeared in so many Nigerian movies. Esin is one of the most talented actresses in Nigeria and is popularly known for her ability to cry in movies. She became highly famous after performing in the blockbuster movie “Idemili” (2014) directed by award winning director, Ernest Obi. According to her the most challenging movie is “Idemili” due to the fact that she had to gather enough courage to carry a live snake in her role.
She is also an aspiring movie producer and in 2016, she produced her first feature film “Spirit” which premiered i Lagos, Nigeria.
After the movie “Oshimiri” in 2015, Esin became a public figure subsequently earning a nomination for Best Supporting Actress of the Year at the City People Entertainment Awards.
