TOPIC: SEEING OUT OF SCRIPTURE TO SEEING IN YOUR LIFE
SCRIPTURE: For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he… Proverbs 23:7.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Your generation will see in your life the manifestation of the Word of God that you see out of Scripture.
Sometime ago, I travelled to the nation of Israel for a meeting. Over seventy representatives from different countries were in the meeting. While going for that meeting, I was meditating on a Scripture where God says that the anointing is a crown. He says, “…for the crown of the anointing oil of his God is upon him…” Leviticus 21:12
So, I was thinking about the royalty of the anointed and the dignity of his unction before I stepped into the aircraft.
When we got into the aircraft, my wife and I sat on the front row of the aircraft, and there was a white woman who sat behind her husband.
The woman walked up to me and said, “Look at my seat number”. I looked at it and said, “Yes, it is number 8A.” Then she said, “Look at my husband’s seat number”. And I said, “9A.” I thought she didn’t know how to read the number on the seats. Then she said, “Why did they put us apart? We are supposed to be sitting together.”
Then my wife said, “Oh! She thought you work with the airline.” So I told the woman, Oh! I do not work with the airline. And the white woman said, “Ah! But you look like the owner of the aircraft. My husband had told me earlier that if I had a complaint about my seating position, is it the owner of the aircraft that I would go and meet?”
You know, both of them had thought and concluded that I was the owner of the aircraft.
You see, earlier on, I saw something in Scripture that the oil is royalty and then, they saw it on my body.
Beloved, what you see out of Scripture will soon be seen in your life. Your generation will see in your life the manifestation of the Word of God you see out of Scripture.
Remember this: Your generation will see in your life the manifestation of the Word of God you see out of Scripture.
